Repairing Lawn Damage

It's all too easy to damage a croquet lawn but it's also easy to repair providing action is taken sooner rather than later.

There are three types of damage:

- dents and scruffs, often caused by the mallet playing jump shots or a missed shot!

- rabbit runs under the hoops

- wildlife pulling up grass and creating holes looking for food

If you come across the first two of these, then please use the divot which is attached to each trolley and carefully lift up the soil/grass to an even level.    This can be seen in the two videos below.

In the event of wildlife damage that needs more work, please contact the Lawns Manager or a member of the Committee.    For those experienced in undertaking these repairs, there is soil and seed in the area near the water standpipe.
